Valentine's Day isn't only for lovers. And it's not just for humans, either. 

Americans plan to spend $25.9 billion on Valentine's Day this year, and much of that money will go toward gifts for their pets. 

Gifts for pets are one of the fastest-growing areas of Valentine's Day spending. From 2010 to 2020, the number of people who planned on buying gifts for their pet grew from 17% to 27%, according to the National Retail Federation.

Here are some deals on toys and supplies you can snag if you want to shower your fur baby with gifts this Valentine's Day:

Stocking up on pet supplies? Chewy is offering a $30 digital gift card when you spend $100 or more until Feb. 6 at 7:00 a.m. EST. To unlock the deal, make sure to add eligible items to your cart and use the code WINTER at checkout. 

You can use the gift card when you need to replenish food and other necessities. And another way to save on pet essentials is with Chewy's Autoship service. You can get 35% off your first Authoship order and 5% off all future orders.

PetSmart

If you want to spoil your furry friend, you can take advantage of PetSmart's buy three, get four offer for select dog and cat toys until Feb. 26. You'll see the discount on the lowest-priced qualifying item.

PetSmart is also offering $15 off when you spend $75 or more on qualifying merchandise on petsmart.com or the PetSmart app until Feb. 5. 

Petco

Underwater pets deserve some love too. Petco is offering 20% on Aqueon aquarium starter kits. (The fish isn't included.)
