"Why do you always bring an odd number of biscuits to tables with even numbers of guests?" one user asked.

The server said that it was Red Lobster policy to "bring one biscuit for every person at the table."

"Plus an additional biscuit for the table," they added. "Corporate policy."

The server claimed to work in an unidentified branch of Red Lobster.

They shared a picture of their apron and server book to prove they work there.

The employee also revealed the best thing to order on the menu, where the seafood is sourced from, the details of the take-home biscuit policy, and if there are any secret menu items.

"Not that I am aware of," they said of meals you can secretly order from the menu.

"As far as I am aware, however, you are able to order items that we have had previously on the menu but that have since been removed so long as the ingredients have not been removed from our menu."

"Official take-home biscuit policy is you can pay four dollars for half a dozen biscuits," they added.

"Biscuits are free on Red Lobster grounds, but to take home it costs."

The server said the shrimp in the restaurant is "aquaculture and is sourced from various farms."

"We serve both Maine and Rocktail lobster," they added.

"However, the only live lobster my particular store has is the Maine [lobster]. We receive a shipment of Rock tails."

'BEST MENU CHOICES'

The server listed out the "excellent choices" off the menu for customers who are visiting for the first time.

"If you go, get the Sirloin and Shrimp or the Salmon New Orleans."

They added they had "nothing too crazy" happen when dealing with customers.

Yet some people had told them "how sad it is" to have live lobsters in the tanks in the chain's restaurants.

Back in May 2020, a "one-in-30million" calico lobster was rescued from a boiling Red Lobster pot by an eagle-eyed staffer who spotted the rare crustation.

An employee at the seafood giant's Manassas location in Virginia saved "Freckles" from the claws of death after his vibrant golden spots caught their eye.

Red Lobster revealed that Freckles is now living at the Virginia Living Museum in Newport after they enlisted the help of an Ohio-based zoo.

UNLIMITED SHRIMP

In October, Red Lobster launched unlimited shrimp for a limited time.

Typically, the deal was only available on Mondays – but Red Lobster experimented with something new to see how customers react.

The endless shrimp promotion features four products: Grilled Shrimp Skewer, Garlic Shrimp Scampi, Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp, and Walt's Favorite Shrimp.

According to Red Lobster's promotion, customers can mix and match those types of shrimp with a side choice for $17.99.

While Red Lobster did not specify when the deal would end, it did say in its statement that it would only be available for a limited time.
