10 places to go for a scrumptious Easter brunch - Youthopia

From Easter-themed sweet treats to delicious main courses, there is much to feast on this year.

With Easter just around the corner on Apr 9, it's time to get feasting at these egg-cellent restaurants to celebrate! 

1. InterContinental Singapore

InterContinental Singapore will be combining 300 Easter themed delights from its three main dining outlets; LUCE by Davide Giacomelli, The Lobby Lounge and Man Fu Yuan to organise its first-ever Easter Sunday Big Brunch. 

Starting from $178 per adult, diners can look forward to an eggs-hilirating spread with 16 live stations, bubbles and entertainment for kids.

The buffet will feature cuisines from all over the world, including beef tortellini, truffle egg frittata, French duck foie gras parfait and charred US angus prime rib.

The buffet will take place at InterContinental Singapore on Apr 9, from 12.30pm to 3.30pm.

2. The Fullerton Hotels Singapore

From $158 per head, celebrate Easter with an egg-squisite Sunday brunch at Fullerton Hotel's Town Restaurant featuring everything from black truffle Scotch eggs to slow-poached bamboo lobster and hot cross pralines.

Diners can also look forward to a spread of Boston lobster, Alaskan king crab leg, crispy roasted pork belly and themed desserts at La Brasserie, the hotel's very own Classic French bistro's Easter weekend brunch, starting from $128 per adult.

The Courtyard and The Landing Point, both Fullerton Hotel's leisure dining hotspots, will also be serving special afternoon tea menus over Easter weekend. 

Available from Mar 24 to Apr 9, diners can also takeaway various adorable confections like The Happy Ducky, a yellow duck-shaped dessert made with mango cubes, calamansi, sago, coconut mousse and passion fruit curd.

3. Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel

Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel's very own Crossroads Buffet will be organising an eggs-travagant Easter Sunday Brunch on Apr 9.

From $98 per person, diners can look forward to a lavish buffet spread featuring a caviar bar, beef tartare live station, Joselito iberico ham, premium dry-aged beef carving and fresh seafood.

For $148 onwards, diners can also enjoy an exclusive bottomless tapas bar featuring a delicate selection of caviar such as Uni, Ikura, Tobiko, Mentaiko, Avruga, and Lumpfish Roe served in little Sour Cream Mini Cones.

After feasting on the restaurant's savoury dishes, diners can sweeten things up with a themed dessert table of Tutti Frutti Almond Cake, Apple Strudel, Whoopie Pie and Sweet Potato Tart with Candied Nuts.

4. Lawry's The Prime Rib Singapore

At Lawry's, adults can enjoy a five-course meal including the restaurant's spinning bowl salad, roasted carrot soup, and choices like roasted USDA prime rib of beef, glazed pork ribs with crispy chicken, or pesto-crusted mahi mahi fillet for $149 per person. 

For dessert, diners get a choice between a whimsical strawberry bunny cupcake or a matcha mousse cake.

5. The Grand Lobby, Raffles

Diners can look forward to an indulgent afternoon Easter tea at The Grand Lobby and enjoy Easter-inspired savoury classics like Maine lobster, beet jelly and parmesan tartlet with avocado hash right off a silver 3-tier tea stand.

For $78 per adult, the Goodwood Park Hotel's Easter Afternoon Tea Buffet will feature an enticing range of dainty bites like hot savouries and classic English scones from Apr 7 to 8. 

Diners can also expect international faves from charcuterie to the hotel's Signature Laksa and end their brunch on an egg-stravagant note with tons of sweet treats at the Easter Sunday Mega Brunch for $128 per adult.

7. Estate, Hilton Singapore Orchard

Estate, Hilton Singapore's restaurant, will feature a hearty buffet brunch with live stations featuring fresh seafood, over a dozen Easter-themed desserts, thirty-two types of European cheeses and homemade sausages.

Prices will start at $188 per adult, with a top-up of $50 for the free flow Champagne Package, or a top-up of $70 for the free flow Premium Champagne Package available.

8. Prego at Fairmont

Diners can enjoy a cosy Italian Easter brunch at Prego for $108 per person or $158 per person, including free-flow Prosecco, cocktails, wine and beer on Apr 9.

The Easter brunch will include familiar dishes with Prego-style signature twists like pizzas and homemade pasta, as well as Italian staples like farm cheeses, rustic bread and comforting soups.

Starting from $138 per person, diners can look forward to the main course which includes indulgent offerings packed with flavour, like lamb saddle roulade with burnt kalettes.
