Fish swimming with cockroaches was just one of the deplorable conditions deputies said they found inside an Anderson County, South Carolina, home that led to three arrests for ill-treatment toward animals. This investigation began in November at a home on Master Drive, according to the Anderson County Sheriff's Office.
