The Hampton Roads Black Restaurant Week is back for its 6th annual event. Participating restaurants will offer a $15 lunch special and/or a 2-course meal for $25. The event is put on by the Black Owned Restaurant Association to unite culture and flavor during Black History Month. Explore something new.

Chili Cookoff
