4 Hands Kirkwood now open with Peacemaker Lobster & Crab Co. running the kitchen - Sauce Magazine

4 Hands Brewing Co.'s highly anticipated third tasting room location opens Monday, June 10, at 150 W. Argonne Drive in Kirkwood. Peacemaker Lobster & Crab Co. is the culinary partner at the new location and also operates the kitchen at 4 Hands' downtown St. Louis tasting room.

"We're thrilled to bring Peacemaker to Kirkwood and continue our relationship with 4 Hands in such an amazing setting," Peacemaker chef-owner Kevin Nashan said in a release. "There's no better way to kick off summer than with a pint of beer and a lobster roll and we're looking forward to welcoming everyone in."

Expect Peacemaker's popular menu items such as gumbo, shrimp, lobster rolls, melts, poorboy sandwiches, steamed seafood and more.

On the bar side, there will be 12 draft offerings such as year-round and seasonal beers, along with hard seltzers. You'll also find cocktails unique to this location made with 1220 Spirits and Withered Oak Spirits, both of which are brands under the 4 Hands umbrella.

"After the overwhelming success of opening 4 Hands at The District, we're excited to welcome our fans to downtown Kirkwood to enjoy their favorite beers in a setting that will feel new yet familiar," hospitality manager Tom Behnen said in a release. "We pride ourselves on offering exceptional hospitality and the experience at 4 Hands Kirkwood will be top-notch."

The spacious, remodeled interior can hold up to 150 guests, and the outdoor area has a "backyard oasis vibe," according to the release with a variety of seating options, plus a four-seasons patio.

"Those who've followed our journey since announcing our plans in early 2022 know that this project has taken quite some time, but we've finally arrived," founder and president Kevin Lemp said in a release. "We view our opening not as reaching the finish line, but rather the beginning of being able to share the 4 Hands experience with our friends and fans in Kirkwood and being more than just a business in the area, but a part of the community. We're incredibly proud of the work our team has put into creating this beautiful space."

As part of a soft opening phase with limited hours, 4 Hands Kirkwood is open 4 to 11 p.m. Monday, June 10, through Thursday, June 13. Regular hours will begin on Friday, June 14, and it will be open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
