Pickles The Tortoise From Rwp Zoo Visits

Pickles the Radiated Tortoise came to visit the ABC6 Studio this week. The radiated tortoise is a critically endangered species as tens of thousands are poached every year in their native Madagascar. Pickles is an ambassador with the Roger Williams Park Zoo and travels all over the area connecting with kids and adults and spreads awareness about animal conservancy.

There are lots of reptiles to visit at the zoo and beginning next week the Holiday Lights Spectacular starts! This year the display will be a walking path instead of a drive through like last year.
